Use your time and money well

Therapy and coaching are an investment of your time and money into yourself.
It is important to ensure they are wisely spent.

path to wellness, path to mental health, finding your way

Initial Consultation - Free/15 Minutes

We meet briefly to explore your goals and determine if I and the services offered are a good fit for you.

Intake Session - $200/90 Minutes

Together we review expectations, policies, consents, complete assessments, and create a plan of action. I will also answer any questions you might have. If preferred, intake can also be completed in a multiple individual session format.

Individual Therapy Session - $125/50 Minutes

Individualized sessions focused on skills development, addressing concerns, reprocessing past events and negative beliefs. These sessions may include Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma informed care, as well as a mix of other evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Specialized Therapy Session - $200/90 Minutes

These sessions are for clients who prefer the extended session time while engaged in reprocessing or parts work. They are not required of clients to engage in EMDR and IFS work, rather are an option to facilitate accelerated progress. Ninety-minute sessions for both of these models are the recommendations from their respected developers.

Coaching - $90/50 Minutes

These sessions are for the mentally healthy client who want support combating mental barriers that may be preventing you from reaching your goals. We work together to align your life, goals, and mental health so you can see real growth. Coaching, unlike therapy sessions, are not limited to those in Pennsylvania.

**I value your time as much as I value mine. Sessions not canceled 48-hours prior to the scheduled date/time or no-showed are charged at the rate in which they are assessed above. **

Payment

Private Pay

I accept payment for services through Square. The platform is HIPAA secure.

An invoice will be sent to the email address on file at least 48 hours prior to our scheduled session.

HSA/FSA

Square allows for the use of HSA/FSA cards. You will need to check your plan to ensure coverage for therapy and for methods of payment/reimbursement. A receipt for payments received and services rendered is available upon request.

Out-of-network insurance benefits

At this time, I am not in-network with any insurance companies. However, you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits for reimbursement of some or all of your costs. Please contact your insurer for details and requirements.

I will provide a superbill upon request.

Payment Policies

I value your times, as well as my own. Payment for session is due by session start.

This allows us to focus on what truly matters (YOU) for the length of the session rather than discussing or obtaining payment.

Private practice therapy is a business and depends upon the commitment of client and therapist for success. When scheduled sessions are missed or canceled, it effects my ability to consistently support you and effectively run my business. While I understand life does happen, sessions canceled within 48 hours of their start time are charged in full, unless a true emergency has prevented your attendance. What is considered an emergency will be covered in the intake paperwork and discussed in our first session. A credit/debit card is requested to be kept on file for use in the event of these fees. This card will only be used if fees have not been satisfied within 7 days of the missed session. Payment for missed sessions is expected prior to additional sessions.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect on January 1, 2022, I am required to notify clients of their federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.”

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and/or mental health care will cost.

  • Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical items/services, including psychotherapy.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare items or services, including prescription drugs, equipment, tests, and psychotherapy.

  • You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

For questions or to request your Good Faith Estimate, please feel free to reach out or for more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
